Frances

Don't you just love old pictures? Frances & I have been friends since childhood. We've had the best time seeing each other the past few days. Laughter has filled the air. We have so much to talk about; there is not enough time:) The above picture was in high school when we went on a trip to Alexandria, Virginia.

Here we are at Homecoming our Senior year. I loved my convertible fiat. Frances was on the Homecoming Court.

We were so excited to graduate! Watch out world, here we come!!!

My high school girlfriends are the most wonderful women - we have been friends for over 30 years. It is really a gift to have a friend who "knew you when" & now knows you in menopause! Great pictures!

LOL at "vintage" pictures! I had those dropped waists dresses too (Laura Ashley) and wonder when I see pictures, what was I thinking?! LOL

You two are adorable!

Hey, you asked if I was going to the NC coast. Actually we are going to Oak Island, not too far from Wilmington/Southport. I have been to Wilmington and Southport, but never to Oak Island. I am so excited. Could you send me your email address. Mine is EmptyNestTales@gmail.com. Thanks! I had something I wanted to share with you. Love & blessings from NC!

My memory of the big bib collars was that if the wind blew just right the collar would blow right into your lipstick.
How nice to have such a sweet friend for so long. Your smile is priceless.
