DH has heard about Jost Van Dyke for years. It is an island in the British Virgin Islands that is famous for two places, Foxy's and Soggy Dollar Bar. Foxy's is where MTV comes to show live the biggest New Year's Eve party in the Caribbean. You can only reach Jost Van Dyke by boat, and you have to go through customs when you arrive.
We recently visited aboard the Lady Lynsey. It was fun to see this beautiful island while abstaining from the perils of Foxy's and Soggy Dollar Bar. For this once in a lifetime visit, we did buy t-shirts! Have you ever been to Jost Van Dyke? What did you think?

Yes, I have been there! I loved that little Island!! I was there a few years ago with friends who have a yacht there and we sailed from Island to island...the most idyllic vacation I have ever been on. We were at Foxy's, ate lobster on the beach and bought t-shirts.
I've never seen that MTV New Year's Eve though...am watchin' next year!!!
How fun! Probably even more fun with just the two of you than with the whole MTV crowd. I'm too old for all that!
