Shannon's Cheese Biscuits

This cheese biscuit recipe will knock your socks right off! It is fantastic! Better yet, it is EASY. I made these for Christmas gifts and used Christmas tree and snowman shaped muffin pans and they were ADORABLE, if I do say so myself! I am sorry I didn't take a picture of them. These biscuits are sure to be a hit with your friends and family too!

2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 cups self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix cheese and butter. Then add the sour cream and then the flour. Put muffins in muffin cups and cook for 18-22 minutes. These are best served hot! They won't last long.
**Don't even try to figure out your Weight Watchers points with this recipe! It's not worth knowing:).**
