Tuesday's Tip

When making brownies, my friend, N, recommends using a plastic or acrylic knife to cut the brownies. The chocolately goodness will not stick to your knife & you'll have pretty brownies!

Great tip! I hate when my brownies look all ragged!

Hi! I've been reading your blog for a little while and really enjoying it. I want to order a life belt for my husband but have some questions for you before I start the process. Would you mind e-mailing me? Thanks so much,

If the brownies cool they won't stick... I also use a pizza cutter!
