I Heart Southwest Airlines!
Last night I went online to book an award travel with Southwest Airlines and there was a little glitch. I called and the woman gave me a number to call today. Thankfully the man working at Rapid Rewards this morning was really able to help me! Our award credits are back in our account and they will be redeemed before you can say, "2 Free Checked Bags". THANK YOU, Southwest!! I Heart You!
