I am the happy wife of one amazing husband and the proud mother of 5 precious angels, including a set of triplets!! I love being a mother & learning how to better love, care for, cook for, and educate our children. I also like to help others when they don't receive the service promised at hotels, restaurants, etc. Enjoy learning about life at Mama Henley's House!

I didn't doubt you for a minute!! :) xo
What a great airline! We had $650 of paper flight vouchers that flooded and were lost during Hurricane Katrina. I called Southwest with no proof that we had actually earned them and they sent new ones the next day. They really are such a great company!!
Let me know if you still love Southwest after you get back from your travels.
Here's my deep pessimism popping up. I HATE all the airlines. Unless I have to leave the country or it's an emergency, I don't fly anywhere (period).
The only airline I truly loved was Pan Am and how long ago were they around?
Hopefully booking your trip up north!!! Glad you got everything straightened out :)
I heart Southwest too! We just got back from a trip to Colorado on Southwest. We were early on both legs...nice!
I liked Southwest very much when I used to fly from Orlando. They will soon be flying from Charleston and the Upstate in SC--I'm looking forward to having Southwest as a choice again!
Yep, I love 'em too...have used them for years whenever I can...great company and great company philosophy!!
We have always had good experiences with SW too. Where are you going?
Best,
Colleen
glad to hear you got this all figured out!

I have 2 stories to tell ya'll about SWA. 1st one has to do with a random act of kindness given to me by one of their employees - Diane. I tried to "pay to forward" only backward - back to Diane only to find out that she had just found out she was dying from lung/brain cancer. With no hubby, kids, etc. Her family was SWA. They doubled shifts to pay her mortgage. She had meals round the clock for 2 months. The President of SWA called & sent cards/gifts regularly. Diane literally died wearing a SWA tshirt on. I have been so touched by the organization & what I saw.
2nd...my future hubs knew how special SWA was in my heart. Diane had encouraged me to pursue my relationship with Mr. Big. So..Mr. Big proposed during a flight to my hometown. A thousand miles in the air! They announced on the speaker, had a bottle of champagne ready for us and the pilot stepped out to personally congratulate us.
So yay to SWA!!!!
