Tip for the day

I reluctantly began shopping at Costco, and feel like it is saving us some money! I like their organic meats and hot dogs, their good deals on books and gifts, and some of their pre-made foods & appetizers.  Today I bought their Krustaez pancake mix. It is a HUGE bag for around $5.29.  A lady had told me weeks ago that it is the BEST pancake mix. I think she may be right! We had breakfast for dinner and the pancakes were golden and delicious!  I am going to make a big batch and freeze them & we'll have ready-made pancakes just like you can buy at the store!  Certainly we will be eating pancakes for quite some time with this huge bag, but now I know how easy it is to make them!
