Footloose and FLAX-Y
Costco has a great deal this week. You can buy a HUGE jar of flax seed for just $10!! Flax seed has all sorts of nutritional benefits, including fiber. I visited Canyon Ranch & they suggested milling your own at home. Anyway, I bought a big jar and have already used it. I sprinkled some in the children's applesauce for their lunch today. It recommends putting it in all kinds of things! I'll let you know how healthy we all become!

I was so into flax seed while working at Greystone! I used to always put it on my salad and in my yogurt at breakfast.
Did you see any health benefits? That is so great! I just love Greystone!
