I am the happy wife of one amazing husband and the proud mother of 5 precious angels, including a set of triplets!! I love being a mother & learning how to better love, care for, cook for, and educate our children. I also like to help others when they don't receive the service promised at hotels, restaurants, etc. Enjoy learning about life at Mama Henley's House!

Thanks for the suggestion.. I have been on a real haitus-got to get myself back and do what I enjoy--READ!!
I love Jodi Picoult books. I just read Happens Every Day - it's a memoir about a woman going through a divorce. It's raw and it's inspiring. You will strive to be a more attentive wife after reading this because the title is so true - it does happen every day! I could not put it down.
Thanks for the suggestion...just ordered it from the library!
Great sounding book... you never know what life has in store for you. ;)
Thanks. Gonna check that out.
Going right now to order it from the library...thanks! My mom has a family in her preschool that have a child with this very sad disorder.
what I love about JP is that she has this uncanny knack of getting you to see both sides of the story... and appreciating both sides. I will have to check that out... as well as Happens Every Day. Thanks for the suggestions!
I loved this book too. I love anything that Jodi writes. She just came out with a new book, I can't wait to read it. I'm sure you'd like it too!
Wise Blood- Flannery O'Conner. I'm about to start Wuthering Heights.
Too Big to Fail by Andrew Ross Sorkin and I am always reading The New Yorker. You might also like the Miss Reade series about life in an English country village.
OOH! This looks like a great summer read. Putting it on my list.
