Vacancy at the Henley Hotel

The Henley Hotel feels very empty tonight. Our gracious guests, J & N, checked out today. They are now staying at the FABULOUS Vinoy. The Henley Hotel doesn't hold a candle to the Vinoy! We miss the bustle of seven happy children under one roof. We miss N's fun stories & learning all of the things she teaches us. We miss J's laugh and his ability to fix anything. ANYTHING. We miss the blow up bed that was in our bedroom. We miss the happy laughs of children enjoying their time together and 7 squeals from the pool. It is too quiet. We love our friends and are sad to see them go. When they leave Florida tomorrow, we will feel the void more than they know. They may miss us in NC, but we miss them even more! We are so thankful for this special time with them. While date nights are fun, there is something special about staying in someone's home or having them stay in yours. You have that much more time to visit, share magazines, tell great stories, and just spend time together. So pack your bags, the Henley Hotel is too vacant!!!
